Plain terms for buying a skill.

Who sells
Skillcask is run by Emanuele Strazzullo, a private individual based in Italy, trading as Stramanu. Sales are occasional sales by a private person: prices are final and no VAT is added or charged. Payments are processed by Stripe; Skillcask never sees your card details.
What you buy
Each skill is a digital download (a zip with instructions, scripts and templates for Claude Code), licensed to one person for their own use, including commercial use of what they make with it. You may not resell, share or publish the skill files. Each skill's own license and disclaimer, included in the zip, apply too.
Skills drive third-party tools and services (for example Claude, Google Gemini, Amazon KDP). Their costs, terms and decisions are outside Skillcask's control, and you use them under your own accounts and responsibility.
Delivery, withdrawal and refunds
The download is available right after payment on the confirmation page; the Stripe receipt links back to it. Because the content is delivered immediately at your request, the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content ends once it is delivered, as you acknowledge at checkout.
If a skill does not work as described and we cannot fix it, write to hello@skillcask.com within 14 days of purchase with what happened, and you get a full refund.
Privacy
Controller: Emanuele Strazzullo, contact hello@skillcask.com. When you buy, Stripe processes your payment and shares with us your name, email, country and the purchase details. We use them to deliver the download, answer support requests and keep the records the law requires, for up to 10 years. We do not sell or share them for marketing.
This site sets no cookies. To see how pages are used, it runs Microsoft Clarity in cookieless mode: it records anonymous page interactions (clicks, scrolls, mouse movement, device and approximate location) with text in forms masked, and does not follow you across visits or sites. The purchase confirmation page is never recorded. Cloudflare hosts the site and keeps standard request logs for security. Stripe acts under its own privacy policy. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to hello@skillcask.com, and you can complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
